Konstantinos Papanikolaou new Spokesperson

Konstantinos Papanikolaou has been elected as a new doctoral spokesperson. Konstantinos will replace Valentin Rottensteiner and serve together with Pauline Kohlhase in this function. He will take over the representation in the PhDnet (external spokesperson).
